Senior Change Manager

Location: HONG KONG


Support project/program governance by managing the change management stream's risk, issues, budget, resourcing and schedule.
Manage and lead the Change Management stream.
Lead the completion of business impact analysis.
Lead the definition of the Change Approach and managing the change schedule. 
Defining the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and leading engagement of key stakeholder relationships / forums to manage the change.
Craft and manage the End-to-End Communications plan and execution of communications (material development to distribution).  
Develop the Training Plan (including Learning Needs Analysis) and manage the ene-to-end training execution from material development to facilitation.
Lead and support the development of business processes and workshops
Define metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the progress og change.

Qualifications

University graduate and Master's qualified - preferably in Communications/Marketing, Business or HR related disciplines
Prosci or CCMP certified
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Proficient in English and Cantonese
Knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable.
