Job Description:

Cashier Service Supervisor (Service Centre)

Location: HONG KONG

Job Duties:
  • Supervise service counter and ensure quality service provided to external and internal customer
  • Ensure all payment collected met Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guideline
  • Back up all cashier tasks related incl. MCV whenever required
  • Ensure correct balance in all kind of payment through daily collection
  • Ensure daily payment reconcile report with payment details fit financial control requirement and within turnaround time (TAT)
  • Ensure all in and out cashier transaction or task completed within TAT
  • Control and monitor transaction in system reversal or patching case and report to senior from time to time
  • Handle special enquiry on cashier service
  • Report and escalate error, potential complaint, complaint or suspicious case immediately to senior
  • Work with IT staff to optimize customer service and payment processes in the most cost efficient way
  • Provide coaching to staffs and share feedback for job improvement and service enhancement
  • Work with department head to develop measurement criteria to enhance customer experience and KPI
  • Evaluate the performance of CS staff against meaningful achievement standards on a continuing basis
  • Act as contact point or coordinator for other functional area in cashier issue related
  • Perform any assignment, project related in cashier service

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Diploma or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in insurance industry and 3 years at supervisory role
  • Good service mindset and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills
