Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities 
 
1. Communicating and coordinating with Customers (Individual and Family policies), Insurance companies, Renewals team. 
 
2. Answering to simple customer's questions related to payments, administration of the policy at renewal. 
 
3. Organizing follow ups with insurance companies, customer, renewals team efficiently and pro-actively. Keeping a clean and organized Medical Admin page. 
 
4. Providing excellent customer service to clients and support to our renewals team particularly, through very fast response time. 
 
5. Solving problems related to payments of policies, delays in processing renewal application forms, and any problems related to the administration of Individual Medical Insurance renewals. 

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

1. Attention to detail, quality and accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

2. Good sense of customer service and responsibility.

3. Good problem solving ability.

4. Good IT skills, particularly Excel.

5. Previous experience of the Insurance industry (preferred but not necessary).

6. Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
