Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities 
 
1. Obtain information from insurer to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on notices sent.
 
2. Duties include reviewing insurance notices to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy type, premiums etc.
 
3. Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders (clients) and insurance company repesentatives.
 
4. Process new insurance policies and make modifications to existing policies where required.
 
5. Ensure policy documents are sent out to policyholders in a timely manner.

6. Analyze renewal terms of group insurance policies.

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

1. Attention to detail, quality and accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

2. Good sense of customer service and responsibility.

3. Good problem solving ability.

4. Good IT skills, particularly Excel.

5. Previous experience of the Insurance industry (preferred but not necessary).

6. Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
