We have been in operation since 2008.  Our mission and passion is to inspire and empower people to take proactive care of their total wellbeing.

Our founder, Anita S.K. Cheung has been a holistic health educator and practitioner since 2005.  Anita is especially passionate in empowering women and young adults. She is recognised as one of the 67 inspiring Hong Kong residents in the Those Who Inspire project.
