Job Description:

Assistant Manager, Life Product & Proposition Management (Product Marketing)

Location: HONG KONG

  • Manage product marketing programs and underlying strategies from concept to execution including concept formulation, content development, copywriting, event management and online & offline advertising
  • Roll out end-to-end marketing campaigns and produce marketing materials in supporting business growth, such as product brochures, sales presentation tools, sales flyers, product videos, newsletters, web/ social media contents and etc.
  • Undertake editorial and proof reading duties to maintain high quality of contents (bilingual) that are in line with all stakeholders interests, AXA branding and regulatory requirements
  • Work close with advertising/ marketing agencies and production house to ensure timely deliverables
  • Communicate and coordinate with both internal & external parties to achieve seamless collaboration as well as to prepare regular reports or documentations
  • Maintain expenses record and control budget
  • Support the team on various ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned


Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Marketing, or business related discipline
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience preferably from Insurance industry
  • Good at communication, presentation & project management with strong business sense
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Willing to working with people at all levels. Be proactive and independent
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Ability to assess business priorities and negotiate with clients & partners
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
