Job Description:

Account Manager, Service Sales

Location: Quarry Bay

Responsibilities:

  • To perform direct sales and account management functions
  • To interface with clients to understand the business needs and explore service opportunities
  • To engage in regular lead-generation activities
  • To liaise with different internal teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Network Consulting, Systems Consulting, Service Consulting) and associate our solutions and services with clients’ requirements
  • To develop business and technical differentiators with service consulting teams
  • To develop and nurture long-term business relationship with clients and ensure consistent satisfaction
     

Requirements:

  • Should be a degree holder with experience of 1-3 years in sales or account management, preferable in Telecom / IT industry
  • Excellent in both Chinese and English. Ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Result-driven and a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good time management and willing to work under pressure
