Administration Assistant - Financial Control

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management and director’s office
  • Be responsible for the daily correspondence, appointment and meeting scheduling, teleconference and video conference arrangement
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration preferred
  • At least 1-2 year working experience, preferably in sizable company and serving senior management level
  • Well organized, persistent, detail-minded and fast learning
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is preferred
