Executive Chef

Location: Hunghom

We are seeking a creative Executive Chef with the background and skills to direct and oversee the entire Kitchen operation of the hotel.

Successful candidates must:

  • Have a background in luxury hotels managing multiple restaurants
  • Be passionate, creative and hands on, with fine attention to detail and able to set and achieve high standards
  • Be a great communicator with an outgoing personality, who is comfortable in the front of house and well as skilled in the kitchen
  • Have vision and be an inspirational culinary leader by adopting positive attitude
  • Delight in training and mentoring a team of enthusiastic local chefs
  • Have strong all rounded technical and administrative skills
  • Be able to speak English, Chinese is an advantage
