During my three years teaching experience I have developed into a caring teacher who interacts well with the pupils and establishes a positive learning environment. By using the target language consistently in a communicative manner I am able to motivate the pupils to speak English.
Because I am friendly, positive, patient and stern when needed pupils tend to feel safe in my classroom which enables them to learn optimally.
