About the Company
English Drama & Speech Academy (EDSA) is deeply committed to the belief that the arts of performing and communication are essential for a rich and complete language and humanities education. All of our work is based on the understanding that a balance between academic and practical work produces the best education in our discipline.
We employs an activity-based approach and utilizes many techniques of professional actor training to enhance English communication skills for students. It is found especially effective in Hong Kong where traditional methodologies of education rely so heavily on written forms and intensive individual study. We provides an opportunity to play with language without fear and to assist in building up the confidence to use it in everyday life.
We are the sole representative of the examinations by London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Mainland and Taiwan.
