Project one: SIEMENS Ming Hang project         Warehouse Manager 

project one ----Siemens Switchgear Ltd. SH ( SSLS ) specified for producing the middle voltage Switch with leading tech in the line.
warehouse supervisor responsibility :to supervise all processes according the warehouse service agreement between SSLS and ATI for customer's satisfactory.
receiving the finished goods ,and space allocation according to diffirent projects. Further ,to ensure complete inventory control at Excel and SAP ( SSLS ),To execute the stock taking according customer's requirements ,and arrange the capationed products back to the factory ,meanwhile supervise the warehouse staff daily work accordingly.
Transportation supervise: to plan ,coordinate and execute the transportation of SSLS's finished goods within Mainland of China according the customers and ATI's requirements .check the price and control the transportation cost .Manage the daily follow up the transportation issue ,supervise and guide truck companies process , Further ,to prepare KPI's on monthly basis and raise the problems and make the solutions with truck companies .more for the issuance of the monthly invoice for services from truck companies and SSLS.
project two: Vossloh Kunshan project
job description: transportation coordinator responsible for arrange the trucks according to the delivery plan , raise the proposal when unexpected thing happened during the transportation process ,coordinate with warehouse on comissioning ,follow up and supervise the door to door transportation process , valuate the transportation quality of all ,make the optimization of it.

maintain warehouse daily flow in and out ,and data system as well ,supervise the new warehouse build up .meanwhile check the outbound warehouse storage condition and make the improvement suggestion for them ,still charge for the distribution of import goods to Beijing and Guangzhou logistics center .supervise the quality of the transportation .make sure the quickest feedback to COO .
( the business main scope is electronics products fully imported from EU , North  Amerca  or Israeli with high value , short time lead delivery ) besides ,I also charge for the routine bonded warehouse inspection ,and check the amount ,and advice the space allocation and safety issue to meet the all requirements from the service agreement.

personal effects packing managing(including valued items)as well as loading supervising. meanwhile, making preparation all the stuff needed by clearance as follow : Chinese and English version of inventory list , Chinese custom forms ,custom form for export destination country, passport ,work and residence permit both for air and sea shipment.
charge for import delivery door to door(scale range from van to container)and fill out the document from agent overseas.
since all clients from countries all over the world mostly from Europe and New world ,high English speaking capabilities is a must .while on operation ,constantly communicate with clients ,identify the problem ,deal with them on site ,all is essential for the whole  process .at the same time ,should communicate with almost every department to make each operation more easy and smooth.
quite familiar with situation over the warehouse .for example:ISO9002 FAIM(personal effects storage for international standard)etc ,.and familiar with the sea shipment and air shipment documents as well.

charge for English to Chinese translation work mainly on human resource and part of tap water treatment know-how .the translation quality is average level with lack of accurate master usage of the line.
