  • Strategically manage the over-all SIM card and voucher business of the company.

  • Develop innovative applications and services to increase SIM menu usage and subscriber stickiness.

Major Achievements:

  • Process Management:

    • Successfully automated manual process of voucher production which increased security, tracing and ease in production.

    • Standardized the SIM forecasting process, resulting in the accurate CAPEX of network elements to support business.

    • Streamlined SIM card ordering process from 8 weeks to 2 weeks with close coordination with SIM vendors.

    • In-process of fully automating end to end SIM card process from mobtel management, ordering, provisioning and deletion.

  • Commercial negotiations:

    • Delivered SIM card cost savings in excess of One (1) Billion pesos in the first two years of employment. This was done through pro-active negotiations with SIM card vendors.

    • Led negotiations with call card vendors to bring down cost by 200%.

    • Initiated savings initiatives in SIM packaging which delivered close to Ten (10) Million savings.

  • Product Development:

    • G-Pass – RFID application currently being used in for public transport

    • 32k SIM for GHP and Touch Mobile – re-branded SIM card for lower end market but with extensive menu offerings.

    • 64k Celltick – 64k SIM card with Celltick broadcast application

    • SIM menu management – pro-active management of SIM menu to ensure continuous usage by subscribers.

    • SIM expert in the process of developing VOIP, NFC and DVB-H products.

  • Platform Management:

    • Lead in the overall management (performance, revenue generation and commercials) of the company’s OTA platform.

  • Regional assignment:

    • Member of the Regional Singtel SIM team which manages SIM pricing negotiation and regional product matching for the entire Singtel group (Singtel, Globe Telecom, AIS, Optus and Telkomsel).

  • Generated a total of Four (4) Hundred Million pesos savings in the first year through supply chain efficiency and supplier rationalization efforts.

  • Managed the Quality Assurance requirements of McDonald’s production facilities, supply partners and stores in accordance with the international food safety and handling standards.

  • Co-developed pioneer products such as the McDip (ice cream dip), the best- selling Chicken McDo and the Rice Burger.

  • Established the local iceberg lettuce supply line in the Philippines which detached supply dependency on imported lettuce products from Australia and the United States. This saved the company approximately Php25M annually on freight and wastage.
