Administrative Assistant, Business and Administrative Services
(Maternity leave replacement)
· Under the supervision of the Administrative Officer, prepare payment requests, purchase authorizations, and other administrative documents;
· Keep records of administrative documents submitted to WHO for processing;
· Maintenance of the filing system for the unit;
· Organization of Security training (Fire Wardens)
· Provide assistance and information related to the maintenance of the building to TGF staff (security, Office Manual, cafeteria...)
· Any other assistance as required in the day-to-day work of the unit.
