Rich Product is the innovator in Non-dairy creamer industry which has headquarter in US and many offices and plants all over the world. I joined Richs as Asia Marketing assistant and then was selected to be Trade Marketing Executive in early 2008 to plan promotions and marketing activities for west China district.
Responsibilities/Achievement as Trade Marketing Executive:
Communicate with customers and sales department to plan proper promotion programs or other marketing activities to support sales, especially for west China area
Liaise with outside agencies to make sure all the projects go smooth and meet time target
Design and upgrade the company website – www.richs.cn
Support the trade show and work as the internal coordinator
Support technical service department and help to setup and create the management system
Responsibilities/Achievement as Asia Marketing Assistant:
Assist the Regional Marketing Director to manage the new product development system. Coordinate among different countries’ marketing teams and departments to make sure the NPD system runs smoothly. a) prepare monthly NPD summary, b) set up gate-keeping meetings and prepare meeting minutes, c) tracking project deliverables, d) monitor cycle time, and e) provide assistance in Accolade
Support Trademark Management: a) liaise with local markets, HQ, and Lovell to provide information or assistance in trademark registration and protection, and b) keep up-to-date record of Rich’s trademark status in Asia
Advertising & Marketing Expenses Management. Follow up the marketing activities and collect the feedback.
Coordinate the regional marketing activities and manage the regional marketing website to share useful information among local marketing teams.
