RESPONSIBILITIES
Key accountabilities:
· Strategic development of CSR Building Products for customer base to enable
increased sales into the region
· Initiation of new business opportunities to increase CSR Building Products sales
in a defined geographic location
· Assisting in preparation of sales budgets
· Management of customer accounts to facilitate debtor day reductions and to
achieve DSO targets set
· Active participation in regular sales team meetings
· Building relationships with builders, key internal customers and suppliers to
ensure complete customer satisfaction
· Implementing and maintaining a call cycle and ensuring customer details are
accurate
· Negotiation of sales contracts, prepare and pursue customer quotations
· Follow-up and resolve complaints
· Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards and
good housekeeping practices.
