(1)   Preparing financial analysis for identified potential investments/acquisitions

(3)   Liaise and coordinate with investment bankers, legal counsel, tax consultants and rating agency in executing corporate exercises

(4)   Initiate funding process (through debt and/or equity financing)

(5)   Preparing and maintaining the group’s financial projections, which will be used for internal business planning, fund raising exercises and investor relations purposes

(6)   Preparing annual business plan/ budget

(7)   Participate in the investor relations (IR) function of the company which includes the following:

Ø            Answering enquiries from institutional investors and analysts, as well as interpreting and explaining financial information

Ø            Update IR presentation on a regular basis

(8)   Gather information and establish database on the key industry drivers, market trend, other players within the industry

(1)   Performing investment evaluation on proposals (mainly private equity investments) for financial viability, synergistic value and profitability

(2)   Identifies and communicates the opportunities and risks of the proposals (financial and non-financial aspects)

(3)   Performing company and industry research with publicly available information

(4)   Performing due diligence

(5)   Assist in deal process, negotiation of terms of investment and manage the closing process on investment proposals with a view to minimise costs, maximise returns and mitigate risks

(6)   Assist in the closing process

(7)   Assist in post acquisition management by providing interim management to newly acquired entities and monitoring the performance/ management of the on-going projects

(8)   Investment reporting by preparing management investment reports for the contemplation of the Board

(3)   Performing due diligence

(6)   Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors and solicitors

(1)   Assisted in the origination of corporate exercises that involves structuring of corporate exercises

(2)   Involved in the execution of corporate exercises

(3)   Preparing and submission of corporate exercises to the regulatory authorities

(4)   Performing due diligence

(5)   Financial review of projections done by clients

(6)   Involved in the review and discussion on legal documents

(7)   Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors and solicitors

(1)   Performing fundamental analysis on public listed companies involved in the consumer products and retail industries and Initial Public Offering (initial coverage only)

(2)   Performing financial modelling and valuation on the companies covered

(3)   Performing industry research with publicly available information and third party database

(4)   Conduct meetings with the senior management of the public listed companies covered for regular updates

(5)   Preparing research reports for the consumption of the company’s in-house dealers and remisiers

(6)   Giving presentations to the company’s in-house dealers and remisiers whenever there is any new updates on the companies covered

Conduct audit (both annual and special audit) on private and public companies in various industries, such as media, construction, hotels, financial institutions and others
