• Financial Due Diligence and investigations for various firms (retail, energy, construction). This include vendor due diligence for leading European retailer (sales> 100bn$).

• Interpretation and analysis of information memorandum, business plans, publicly available information.

• Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flows, balance sheets, business plans.

• Analysis of working capital facilities, including considerations  of financing limits, terms and covenants.

• Review of financial structures and associated credit agreements.

• Reporting of potential key issues for clients including identification of risks or price affecting considerations.

• Audit of key sections and business units of clients
• Responsible for leading audit assignments, accounts presentation and tax needs. Acting as in charge auditors on clients, briefing the audit team and supervising audit process with junior audit clerck. This included planning and carrying out audit fieldwork, statutory reporting and completion work.
• Keeping line managers and partners up to date with progress
• Visiting clients on site and being a point of contact throughout the year.

• Vendors due diligence for ALSTOM (Coordination of audit teams in UK, USA, Mexico, Italy).
• Financial analysis.

• Audit of consolidated accounts (French GAAP to IFRS / US GAAP).

• Responsability for producing statutory accounts including consolidation, analysis and reporting of monthly statutory results including the profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Production of budget/forecast reports including cash flow, balance sheet and working capital.
