Manage the delivery of relocation services for Inbound and Outbound Assignees to/from China including providing advice, support and guidance for relocation consultants, realtors, management companies and HR contacts.
- Responsible for the delivery of full relocation services to assignees moving inbound and outbound – China - establishing and delivering services in accordance with company policies and individual needs.
- Overseeing the training of staff, specifically Relocation Officer, Relocation Consultants, Real Estate Agents and other staff as required
- Co-ordinating with and instructing suppliers to enable the relocation service to run smoothly – including but not limited to relocation consultants, realtors, immigration suppliers and others as dictated by service requirements.
- Responsible for the delivery of relocation consultancy to Management Companies and HR contacts as required.
- Providing recommendations for updates to existing services and new services.
- Expert knowledge of China as an assignment destination.
