A “strike anywhere” position that handles investment and financial activities of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, and also for the companies owned and controlled by the Owner/President, including a shipping company, business process outsourcing, leasing company, real esatate, and five others more.
Evaluates the financials of the company, financial forecasts, financing scenarios using analytical models and other documents concerning capital management, and write reports and recommendations.
Plans short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance for businesses
Analyzes investment projects and new business ventures, prepares feasibility studies and asses opportunities for the company.

Assists in due diligence, execution of syndicated loans amounting to Php 1 Billion project and another Php 600million loan facility, a number of loan negotiations for other companies, and equity-raising through secondary offering.
Collects financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds and other investments using economic forecasts, financial periodicals, securities manuals, company financial statements and other financial reports and publications; and benchmark it with Phoenix as a publicly-traded company.
Provides investment advice and recommendations to the President.
Prepares presentations, analytical reports, briefing notes and correspondence.

Attended the 6 months intense training program of the country’s second largest bank designed for the incoming bank officers assuming the position of Assistant Manager.

Equipped with knowledge and skills pertaining to general banking overview, bank operations in a branch, consumer and corporate loans, treasury functions, and products and services of the bank.
