q Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
q Managing the sales & distribution operations of Wireless networking products, Structured cabling, KVM Solutions, Media converters and computer consumables.
q Responsible for product sales targets along with Territory managers. Work closely between the channel partners & territory managers to sanitize the sales funnel to ensure the numbers forecasted & budgeted are met.
q Responsible for product margin control, price negotiation, securing special pricing to max margin for the product.
q Responsible for all reporting & rebate claims from the vendors. Also ensure quarterly/monthly targets agreed with vendors are achieved & maximize on any rebate linked to targets & MBOs.
q To interact with the suppliers for pricing, new product developments, technical information related to the products, solution designing for customers and assess customer requirements, provide feasible solutions for the above range of product line.
q Monitor & drive existing channel partners’ vis-à-vis accreditation compliance & sales targets.
Ensure regular & timely product information update to channel partners as soon as the information is available from vendors. Maintaining updated pricelist for sales team & channel partners.
q Responsible for managing stocks turns, ageing, rotation, obsolescence control, inventory management & stock profiling.
q Co-ordinate marketing activities with Resellers for direct marketing, rolling out vendor promotions & incentive programs in timely manner. Liaise with DGM to workout target based incentive/rebates for selected channels.
