Responsibilities included start-up of zero-based home loan portfolio.  This involved product development &  launch, acquisition of installment papers from developers & sale of  retail home loans through innovative loan packages.  Portfolio amounted to P2 Billion by year-end 2004.

Responsibilities included product development for Small & Medium Enterprises with the branches as primary sales channel.  This involved development of sales & marketing strategies, development of credit score system &  product manual.  Portfolio amounted to P1 Billion by year-end 2004. 

Responsibilities included ownership of 5-year strategic plan.  This involved recommendations to the President & the Management Commitee  alternative  financial & business models to carry out the strategic plan.  .

Member of the Management Committee, Asset-Liability Committee.

Responsibilities included risk management & credit evaluation, compliance review of the commercial & consumer loan portfolio, establishment of credit criteria & industry ceilings, supervision of appraisal and investigation departments.

Member of  the Management Committee, Senior Credit Committee, Asset-Liability Committee, Collection Committee.

Supervision of branches located north & south of Metro Manila with total deposits of P13.5 Billion & a total commercial loan portfolio of P5 Billion.  Initiates marketing strategies for deposit & liability products including housing & auto loans, credit cards, Multi-purpose loans, life & non-life insurance.

Appointed by the Bank's President to do credit portfolio review of Branch Banking Group's loan portfolio of P10 Billion covering 112 branches nationwide.
