Sales Assistant:
1. Preparing documents & reports; taking clients’ payments; handling customer inquiries; taking order; dealing with clients’ complain; performing all necessary clerical functions to help support branch operations; managing office equipment.
2. Completing other related duties as assigned in support of the Company’s Diversity programs.
Factory secretary:
1. Purchasing raw material for production; assisting production supervisor to carry out his duties; maintaining the office and procure office supplies; handling daily administration work such as meeting arrangement, travel arrangement etc.; setting up and managing the office’s filing systems (e.g. for correspondence, emails, projects, and reports).
2. Managing office petty cash account.
3. Completing other HR coordination projects, as assigned.
4. Working as warehouse keeper of package such as receiving and release from warehouse; sending monthly inventory statements to finance; preparing the safe inventory level of company.
