Corporate Business Unit Corporate Clients and Sales Support (Jun 1999 - May 2002)

For 3 years, I was responsible for budget, report, business analysis and revision of documents for quarterly forecast. My work also consisted on monitoring of monthly financial performance and explanation of main variances and trends, and deal with regular information requests and questions from other departments.

Support project managements in Sales Support Department and in the Corporate Business Unit. Carry out analysis of Commissions Plans. Portfolio analysis and implementation in, Sales Force Automation, and the leads application.

Deliver data requests and standardized reporting of Corporate Business Unit global performance (Sales Direction, Sales Team and Sales Account).

Worked for 3 years, as internal auditor, with a team who was responsible for preparing and consolidating forecasts and budgets for Board. Review and approval. Monitoring of monthly financial performance and explanation of main variances and trends.                       

Participated in many studies and analysis and provided support to external national and international auditors. Produced Internal and external financial reports. Financial and accounting audit to the principles, goals and policies, of the organization.

Planned, undertook and reported internal audits. Performed Store audits.

Followed up and implemented internal audit findings and proposed solutions.

Reporting of the business key´s performance indicators, monthly reporting, local and international, budgeting and forecasting. Involved with Telebras Privatisation process in Brazil in conjunction with AirTouch Communications International.
