Responsible for the whole development and setting-up of the Wagon Automotive Shanghai operation organization regarding WAGON group requirements of excellence (Wagon Excellence System, Customer Focus, Safety First, People Empowerment ).

Responsible for management and supervision of the APU Production, Quality, Logistic, Maintenance and Quality System departments.

Supervisor of the Financial Account and P&L

Training of all staff on supply chain and continous improvement methods.


Management in English of a 70 to 80 people staff including 7 Chinese and French engineers.


- Manufacturing : Start-up and setting-up of  the Autonomous Production Unit (APU) manufacturing organization regarding the requirements of excellences from WAGON group (2nd priority of improvement « Wagon Excellence System »).

Starting-up the daily manufacturing management and creation of the weekly and monthly  “Plan Of Production” (POP) following customer consumption constraints (China – Korea Delivery time/custom clearance, import-export business, Korean safety stock, container endowment managment , logistic loop) and internal  constraints (Human Ressources flexibility, product / process problem adjustment)

Management of a 60 people team divided in 2 shifts


- Logistic : Start-up of the Manufacturing Ressource Planning (MRP) and definition of the logistic planning (first on Excel then on « MFGpro » ERP),

Setting-up of manufacturing line internal supplying system (KANBAN method) as well as the external supplying system “Milk Run” on all incoming goods suppliers issued from the BOM.

Management of a 4 people team divided in 2 shifts.


- Maintenance : Definition of the curative, corrective, preventive maintenance regarding « Total Productive Maintenance » (TPM) requirements and global manufacturing line tools.

Setting-up of the yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily maintenance plan.

Definition of its linked reporting and implementation in production (TBF, TRS,…)

Management of a 2 people team.


- Quality : Starting-up, tuning and burn-in of the suppliers product quality with experts from engineering center.

Setting-up of the APU internal quality system according to product and process FMEA ( AMDEC) and control plan defined during the project phases.

Daily contact with customer and set up of the Expertise Committee (COMEX) to solve customer problems.

Management of a 5 people team divided in 2 shifts.


- Quality System and Finance : Key performance indicators and objectives definition (KPI’s ).

Consolidation of  all technical department budget and monthly Profit and Loss files

Revision of the real/forecast quarterly and monthly Profit and Loss files

Adaptation and implementation of an existing Quality system (certification ISO/TS 16949 ; OHSAS/18001 => target : December 2008)


- Safety/Environmental : Development and implementation of the Safety First approach regarding the requirements of excellence from WAGON group (1st priority of improvement  « Safety First »).

Environmental aspect and risk assessment analysis. Estblishement of the Safety First plan.

Implementation of the improvements linked to safety action plan.
