Our client is a publicly listed, multinational financial services organisation with operations around the world and throughout the region. A senior regional marketing opportunity exists for an experienced financial services marketing professional to join the organisation as Regional Marketing Director. This person may also ultimately be considered for the role of Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific, you
will be responsible for the development of distribution marketing strategies, brand management, campaign development and implementation, and campaign performance tracking and reporting. As a member of the strategy team you will support regional strategic and marketing initiatives, review growth opportunities, identify opportunities and manage business intelligence and develop customer insights. In addition you will also be responsible for customer experience, the development of marketing and sales collaterals, the management of third party vendors and the design and implementation of marketing training programmes.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum of 15+ years of regional financial services marketing experience
- Willingness to work both strategically and also to be fully hands-on
- Exceptional levels of energy and a positive-minded can-do attitude
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to travel frequently around the region
