Business Consultant-Legal

A thrilling opportunity has arisen with one of the world�s largest executive search organisations, MRINetwork, to join us as Business Consultant in the Legal vertical. The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and spearhead a regional portfolio. The consultant should strive to become a recognisable expert in recruitment of this particular vertical. The role involves conducting new business development and securing repeat business; partnering with clients to understand and identify their talent acquisition needs and providing them with timely and creative recruitment solutions. Besides business development, the incumbent will network and research extensively within the specialised market to identify key talents and help them enhance their careers by introducing them to excellent opportunities from your clients.

We are particularly interested in hearing from existing Legal recruiters, who have proven track record of success in this vertical, or accomplished Legal professionals, who are keen to seek an alternate career in executive search. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in particular the capability to build relationship over the phone, are essential for this role, as is the ability to network and develop business at senior level. Successful candidates should be achievement-oriented individuals with high energy level, have a sense of urgency and an insatiable desire to succeed. Fluency in English language skills is required while Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be preferred though not essential.
