(Senior) Search Consultant-Banking

MRINetwork, one of the largest executive search organisations in the world, is presently inviting a talented individual to join our Banking recruitment team in Hong Kong as (Senior) Search Consultant. The incumbent will be managing key client accounts as well as sourcing and recruiting candidates. The main responsibility includes identifying, qualifying and recruiting talented candidates; partnering with them to understand their career motivation and play a significant part in advancing their careers by introducing them to rewarding opportunities from clients. A continuous industry leading training programme will be offered to the successful candidates as well as a fast-track career progression.

Applications are sought from existing banking recruiters, who have strong execution capability and would like to move away from business development, with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidates should be people-oriented with high energy level. Excellent interpersonal skills are a prerequisite, in particular confidence in developing relationships over the phone. Fluency in English is imperative while Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be beneficial.
